RRB Technician Salary Structure
The appointed candidates for Technician posts will be paid a monthly salary, allowance, and perks. The salary for Technician Grade 1 Signal posts will be Rs. 29,200/- and the salary for Technician Grade 3 posts is Rs. 19,900 as pay level 2.

Railway RRB Technician Educational Qualification
- For Technician Grade 1 Signal: The candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation or a Degree/Diploma in Engineering. OR B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognised University/Institute OR Three years Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of the above basic streams (OR) Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of the above basic streams”
- For Technician Grade 3: The candidates must have completed their Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trade of Forger and Heat Treater/Foundryman / Pattern Maker / Moulder (Refractory). (OR) Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the related trades.
