Vacancy Guru (“we” and “us”) is the moderator of (www.vacancyguru.in) (“Website”). By placing an order through this website you will agree to the terms given below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of this and agree to safeguard this arrangement and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain the exact stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to complete all your items at the time of purchase. In this example, we will complete the products available to you, and contact you about whether you would like to wait for the backordered item again, or if you would like to process the refund for us.
Return shipping will be paid at the expense of customers and they will have to arrange their own shipping.
Once the returns are received and accepted, the refund will be processed to store credit for future purchases. We will notify you when this is completed via email.
(Vacancy Guru) will return the value of the returned merchandise, but will not return the value of any shipping paid.
3. Warranty Returns
Vacancy gurus will gladly honor any valid warranty claims provided the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the goods.
Customers will be required to pay return shipping, however we will reimburse you on a successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of the goods for the warranty claim, you can expect the vacancy guru to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
After the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the option to:
(A) Refund in your payment method
(B) Return in store credit
(C) A replacement item is sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipment is in transit for 2 – 7 days.
4.2 International time transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7–22 days. We are able to present a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
Our warehouses operate during standard business hours on Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these examples, we take steps to ensure that shipment deals will be kept to a minimum.
5. Tracking notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from where they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available by the shipping provider.
